Abstract
The conditions which are built in the market say that further development of the state and economy can't do without innovative way of development of the industrial sector. Innovative activity of the industrial enterprise is aimed, first of all, at increase in competitiveness of the products which are turned out at the enterprise. Every day the competition becomes tougher therefore the role of innovative activity increases. Thanks to development of new high technologies, products and services the output, investments, an external turn and employment increases. In article authors have considered the main aspects of innovative policy of the country in the industrial sector of economy. The vector of braking of development of innovations in the industrial sector of economy of Russia is defined. Within it factors and necessary terms for perspective development of all industrial complex of Russia are offered.
