Abstract
It is experimentally established that for sanitary processing of tanks for intermediate storage of milk and pipelines are necessary and sufficient application within 1 hour of a water solution biocide polymeric reagent of complex action of "Akvaton" in concentration of 10 mg/l (PGMG- HC). It provides a reliable sanitary condition of processed surfaces within not less than 12 hours of their idle time. Results confirm materials before the executed mathematical modelling of ways of optimisation of processes of disinfecting on enterprises where milk processing Assumptions of the mechanism of such action of the reagent "Akvaton" are come out and problems of the further scientific research are formulated.
