ІННОВАЦІЙНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ М’ЯСОПЕРЕРОБНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано напрями впровадження інновацій на підприємствах м’ясопереробної галузі в умовах посилення конкуренції. В роботі проаналізовано стан сировинної бази м’ясопереробних підприємств, імпорт та експорт м’яса птиці, свинини, яловичини. Визначено, що для підприємств вітчизняної промисловості характерні два види інноваційної діяльності, а саме технологічні та промислові. У дослідженні пропонуються пріоритетні напрями інноваційної діяльності підприємств м’ясопереробної галузі, такі як вдосконалення наявних технологій, диверсифікація виробничої діяльності, диверсифікація інвестиційної діяльності.
