ІННОВАЦІЙНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЯК ОБ’ЄКТ УПРАВЛІННЯ

Abstract
Розглянуті існуючі підходи до обґрунтування інноваційної діяльності як об’єкта управління: виділення об’єкта як системи із зовнішнього середовища; представлення його як сукупності процесів; встановленні їх переваги і недоліки. Запропоновано обґрунтування і візуальне представлення об’єкта управління інноваційної діяльності підприємства поєднанням процесного підходу з функціональним. Реалізація запропонованого підходу дозволить отримувати інформацію про функціонування не тільки процесу в цілому, але й кожної функції управління.
