Abstract

Considerable attention in the research is paid to the problem of the development of professional competence of natural sciences teachers, their creative potential, which is solved by introducing innovative training based on the integration of formal, nonformal and informal education. Formal education encompasses the state system of advanced training, which has approved programs and terms of professional training of teachers in advanced training courses in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which operates within the framework of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Non-formal education is carried out in educational institutions or governmental organizations, during individual lessons with a tutor, coach. Such education is acquired through educational programs, but does not involve the attribution of qualifications and obtaining the education document established by the legislation, that is, the acquisition of all other knowledge during the life of a person. Informal education (individual training) involves informal, self-organized, individual cognitive activity; It is an accumulation of various knowledge through the acquisition of life experience. Performed through visits to libraries, theaters, museums, travels, during communication with friends. The introduction of innovative training, based on the integration of formal, informal and informal education of natural sciences teachers, is one of the organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure positive dynamics of the development of professional competence of natural science teachers.
