Інноваційні аспекти удосконалення системи менеджменту організацій в сучасних умовах

Abstract
Actuality of the research conditioned by the need to create an effective management system for organizations that provide opportunities attainment of next level of development, which provides opportunity of modernization of the organizational management structure and increase its effectiveness; lower costs; to improve the security services and products; quality production that consumers expect, increasing the number of end users and the best position to the supplier; increase in sales of products and services; efficient response to market fluctuations; increased productivity; protect their brand and reputation. The purpose of this article is the development of the general management system, identifying the essential characteristics of an effective quality management system of the organization and various innovations that enable organizations to implement long-term strategies and ensure the competitiveness of the organization. Methods of research - systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, comparison. There were analyzed approaches in relation to substance, structure and content of modern management system of organization. Detected peculiarity and analyzed the functioning of retail company and structural units. Marked out of modern qualitative resultant characteristics management system of organization, stated definition of modern management system of organization and proposed general arrangement of «high level» modern management system of organization for security of competitiveness and development of organization. Were formulated measures to improve the competitiveness and sustainability strategy of "Allo" company, namely: 1) to take into account seasonal factors of demand for products; 2) implement new ideas (social innovation) to attract customers, which differ from companies of competitors; 3) implement to management system more motivation programs to encourage employees; 4) implement innovative educational measures for customer loyalty programs that enhance the value of services for both individuals and society as a whole; 5) to expand the assortment of shops to encourage new customers and increase profits. The scientific novelty of the work include the determination of current requirements of customers for companies - retailers of electronic equipment, substantiating the expansion of social innovations in an unstable environment and enhance European integration processes in Ukraine, formulating essential quality characteristics of an effective system of management organization, the definition of "management system of the organization" and developing a framework for the optimal functioning of the management ("highest level") organizations with regard to the establishment and improvement. The practical significance of the work is to create a clear scheme implementation of management system ("highest level") organization that performs the functions of development, implementation, evaluation, support for the organization of any type, including for the company - retailer of electronics. Further studies need to develop regulations on the system of management within the overall scheme management system ("highest level") organization, development of various types of innovation, taking into account the regional dimension of the placement, rapid implementation of positive experience of this type of international companies.
