ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ОБСЛУГОВУЮЧИХ КООПЕРАТИВІВ НА ЗАСАДАХ ПРОЕКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ

Abstract

О.V. Ulyanchenko, O.V. Bukhalo. Innovative and investment development of serving cooperatives on the basis of project management. The article defines the main directions of innovative and investment development of agricultural service cooperatives in the conditions of globalization processes, where the main source of increase of profit is not competition, but cooperation and cooperation. The development of service cooperatives is one of the areas of market transformation in agriculture. In recent years, the number of agricultural service cooperatives has increased significantly, which is explained both by the state policy aimed at supporting the cooperative movement and by the need for the association of small agricultural producers in the face of severe competition on the market. In today's conditions, the creation of global clusters of service cooperatives is urgent in order to strengthen the economic effect. Thus, the creation of service cooperatives in agriculture with the attraction of foreign investments and the use of an innovative approach, which is one of the sources of internal competition, makes it possible to adapt the domestic economy to the world investment process. It is determined that multifunctional cooperatives are highly effective. It is proved that the organization of global service cooperatives is a guarantee of their success, the advantages of global over conventional ones are given. It was established that the use of project management in the organization of service cooperatives will ensure the formation of an effective organizational structure, will ensure the formulation of a clear goal and identify possible risks. The main components of the project approach are determined, its advantages over operational ones are given. It has also been proven that due to the efficiently planned resource management process, it is possible to achieve the objectives of cooperation.
