Innovation activity of enterprises of the penitentiary system of Ukraine as fundamentals improve their resource potential

Abstract
The article provides an assessment of innovation and innovative capacity of enterprises of the penitentiary system of Ukraine. An innovative potential factors of enterprises operating within it (internal) and those who are now outside (external). An evaluation methods of enterprise innovation potential comparative, statistical, and elimination method of expert evaluations. Application of reengineering that will enable enterprises of the penitentiary system to form a policy aimed at the development and modernization of existing production.
