Abstract
Studied the conceptual foundations of a market value of industrial enterprises. Factors-established guidelines that affect it: capital, capacity, market factors, innovation. Specifies the content of innovative capital formation as a key factor in market value and innovation enterprise. Grounded comprehensive consideration of countervailing factors in value-oriented enterprise management system in the implementation of innovative changes.
