Innovation-Driven Sustainability Modelling for Poverty Alleviation Initiatives in Rural India: A Mathematical Approach

Journal Title: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICS TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGY - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 11

Abstract

Today’s world is facing many severe challenges even though it had made encouraging progresses in economic and other respects. Agriculture is one of the important sources of economic and social growth of our country. In this paper we have taken four states of India and done the modelling of innovation driven sustainability and obtained time cost ratio for innovation by different states and evaluate the average sustainability index. Finally we calculated the relative sustainability scores and given the ranking to different states. This will help to find out which state is the most sustainable.
