Abstract
The role of innovations and innovation in the system of competitive relations and features of the development of competition in the innovative economy in Ukraine is researched in the article. The innovative potential of the country and its influence on economic growth are revealed. The analysis of innovative activity of enterprises is carried out and the role of innovations in the competitive strategy of Ukrainian enterprises is assessed.
