Innovative approaches in nursing education <p> Hemşirelik eğitiminde inovatif yaklaşımlar

Abstract
AbstractIn the entire world, higher education programs are trying to broaden their educational capacity by applying innovative strategies to meet their future needs of labor. Educators in the field of nursing also state that there is a need for deep improvements in the current curriculum for innovation. The use of innovative practices in education allows educators to prepare nursing students for current clinical settings. The use of simulations in nursing training has become increasingly prevalent and important in order to achieve adaptation to clinical practices and overcome difficulties that may be encountered in clinics. With increased educational technologies, in order to meet the changing expectations of the generation x that has grown up in a digital era, “simulations that do not contain high technology” are increasingly being replaced by “simulations that contain advanced technology”. In this context, augmented reality, virtual reality, games and haptic systems are becoming prevalent in training nurses. While the effectiveness of technological education practices has been determined by some studies, in this study, it was planned to explain current innovative examples of this in line with types of simulations.Key words: "nursing education and simulation", "augmented reality", "virtual reality", "serious game", "mobile application" Özet Tüm dünyada yükseköğretim programları, gelecekteki işgücü ihtiyacını karşılayabilmek için inovatif stratejiler uygulayarak eğitim kapasitelerini genişletmeye çalışmaktadırlar. Hemşirelik eğitimcileri de, inovasyon için mevcut müfredatlarda köklü değişikliklerin gerekli olduğunu bildirmektedir. Eğitimde inovatif uygulamaların kullanılması, eğitimcilerinin hemşirelik öğrencilerini mevcut klinik ortamlarına hazırlamasını sağlamaktadır. Klinik uygulamalara adaptasyonu sağlamak ve kliniklerde yaşanılabilecek güçlükleri aşmak için hemşirelik eğitiminde simülasyon kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşmış ve önem kazanmıştır. Gelişen eğitim teknolojiyle birlikte , dijital bir çağda doğmuş ve büyümüş olan z kuşağının farklılaşan beklentilerine cevap vermek için “Yüksek teknoloji içermeyen simülasyonlar” giderek yerini “İleri teknoloji içeren simülasyonlar”a bırakmaktadır. Bu bağlamda arttırılmış gerçeklik, sanal gerçeklik, oyunlar (augment reality, virtual reality, serious game, haptic systems) hemşirelik eğitiminde yaygınlaşmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalarla teknolojik eğitim uygulamalarının etkinliği saptanmış olup bu makalede; Hemşirelik eğitiminde mevcut inovatif uygulama örneklerinin simülasyon türleri doğrultusunda açıklanması planlanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Anahtar Kelimeler: “hemşirelik eğitimi ve simülasyon” “arttırılmış gerçeklik”, “sanal gerçeklik”, “ciddi oyun”, “mobil uygulama”
