INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO LOGISTIC OUTSOURCING AS A FACTOR OF THE GLOBAL COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Abstract
The article defines that outsourcing is a catalyst for the modern concept of management and a factor of increasing the level of global competitiveness of firms. The article substantiates that underdevelopment of the market of logistic outsourcing services in Ukraine prevents achieving sustainable economic growth. The absence of a perfect management system requires the establishment of specialized companies that would provide enterprises with one-time and long-term outsourcing services. It is noted that the use of an effective management system involving modern scientific advances can be a prerequisite for innovative development and providing competitive positions of business entities.
