Innovative Components of Increase Efficiency of Building Enterprises

Abstract
The questions of the state and prospects of development of a build complex in Ukraine and component formings of innovative policy of build enterprises are considered in the article. Decisive influence of innovations on achievement of competitive edges and providing of the programs of strategic development enterprises of a build industry is defined.
