INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AS THE BASIS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES HARMONIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the ecological and economic factors, conditions, preconditions and mechanisms of the implementation of harmonious development of Ukraine. The list of official documents defining the social, ecological and economic strategies of Ukraine's transition to harmonious development is singled out. The content of harmonious innovative development as the transformation of scientific knowledge into innovation is revealed. The transformation process is a scheme consisting of a series of successive events, accompanied by the transformation of innovation from the idea to its specific expression (product, technology, new approach to the task solution), combined in the study, generally called “the agricultural innovation”. The diversity of views of modern interpretation of the category “the agricultural innovation” is investigated. It has been established that innovative processes of the agrarian sector have their own specific character and are distinguished by the diversity of regional, branch, functional, technological and organizational peculiarities. An important stage in the innovative projects implementation is the definition of the agricultural innovation’s price and its strategic directions of development. That is why it is necessary to harmonize the mechanism of strategic management of agricultural enterprise innovative development. The mechanism of strategic management agricultural enterprise innovative development should be targeted to the purposeful search and realization of market opportunities of innovative activity, which the enterprise has, and allows long-term functioning and development in an unstable market environment, in accordance with the chosen mission. It is established that one of the most important elements of the agricultural enterprise activity should be the development of its innovation policy, which will include principles of harmonization and important strategic and tactical aspects of development. The aim of the agricultural enterprise innovative policy is to harmonize the introduction of innovations in their activities in order to ensure optimal loading of agricultural production. The definition of the concept of agricultural enterprise harmonization as a process, aimed at mutual balancing, optimization, unification, coordination of actions and economic processes in order to achieve the agricultural enterprise balance, is given.
