INNOVATIVE METHODS OF MANAGEMENT OF LABOR RESOURSES AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with one of the most problem of Ukrainian companies. It’s human resources management. Unfortunately, managers pay more attention to production factors than to labor factors. Foreign countries have some experience in this scope. We describe several methods which have found their application abroad. Therefore, we are proposed number of innovative methods, the application of which can improve the efficiency of an enterprise through an approach to personnel.
