Innovative models of commercial activity in ensuring the effective employment of population at the enterprises of small and medium sized businesses

Abstract
The article defines direction of increasing the employment rate of the population of Ukraine in the sphere of small and medium sized businesses. One of the most promising directions of their trading activities vending technology is considered. In order to ensure the effective employment of population methodology for selection of vending equipment supplier is proposed. У статті визначено напрями підвищення рівня зайнятості населення України в сферах малого та середнього бізнесу. Розглянуто один із найбільш перспективних напрямків розвитку торговельної діяльності – вендінгові технології. З метою забезпечення ефективної зайнятості запропоновано методику вибору постачальника вендінгового обладнання на основі оцінки конкурентоспроможності.
