INNOVATIVE-TECHNOLOGICAL FACTOR OF SOCIAL INCLUSION IN THE INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the essence and proved the key role of social inclusion in the context of the implementation of a new stage of industry development. The status and the problems of innovation-technological development of Ukrainian industry and featured their influence on the formation of the labor market have been analyzed. Authors has developed proposals on areas of implementation of industrial and innovation policy of the country in strengthening social inclusion and the necessity to consider inclusive business models as part of the overall business strategy for the inclusion of vulnerable segments of the population in the business activities in different sectors of the industry.
