Innovative trends of development restaurant business

Abstract

Introduction. In the article the modern global problems of humanity, the considerable demand for natural resources, new trends of waste utilization, innovative tendencies of restaurant business development, ecoreurans' activity are investigated. It is the innovative way of economic development that provides updating of technologies, goods and services, efficient use of intellectual potential. The article analyzes the strategies of active influence on the external environment (horizontal integration, vertical integration, concentric and conglomerate diversification), realized through various forms of associations, connections and transactions. The purpose is the study of modern global problems of mankind, a significant demand for natural resources, trends in waste management, the formation of regional agricultural policy, the effective development of rural areas, the concept of ecosystems, the benefits of creating an innovative cluster model for the development of regions on the basis of synergy effect. Results. The ecological management, that is, the constant influence of state bodies, economic actors, the public on the person, technological process, enterprise, territorial bodies, the state, directed mainly on compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation. The research of the network of eco-restaurants "Father's House" was conducted and it is determined that due to the use of vertical integration mechanisms there is a possibility of reducing transaction costs. Conclusion. Consequently, the study of innovative trends in the development of restaurant business is very relevant at the present stage. It is necessary to pay attention to the use of natural materials in the design of institutions, the cultivation of local organic products, environmentally safe waste disposal, environmental problems that are not specific to the country, but the future of mankind as a whole.
