INNOWACYJNOŚĆ A ROZWÓJ GOSPODARCZY

Abstract
Artykuł ma na celu opisanie związku innowacyjności z rozwojem gospodarczym państw oraz zagrożeń z nim związanych. W niniejszej pracy scharakteryzowano odrębne podejścia do zarządzania innowacjami. Skupiono się na podejściu liniowym i systemowym. W artykule zwrócono także uwagę na problem państw znajdujących się w pułapce średniego dochodu. Opisano charakterystykę problemu oraz jego naturę. Wskazano kierunki działań jakie powinny zostać podjęte, aby w najbliższej przyszłości uniknąć problemu pułapki średniego dochodu w Polsce. Wskazano także bariery blokujące rozwój innowacyjności.
