Abstract
Celem artykułu jest ukazanie innowacyjności jako determinanty współczesnego rozwoju regionu i roli jaką pełnią w tym procesie młode, innowacyjne przedsiębiorstwa. Dla realizacji niniejszego celu zostały przeprowadzone studia literatury przedmiotu i przedstawione wybrane wyniki badania zrealizowanego wśród trzech przedsiębiorstw zlokalizowanych w parkach naukowo-technologicznych w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim (case study).
