Abstract
Məqalədə böyük verilənlərin (BV) insan resurslarının idarə olunması (İRİO) məsələlərinin həllində istifadəsi ilə bağlı vəziyyət təhlil edilmişdir. İRİO məsələlərinin həllində daha obyektiv, müdrik qərarların qəbul olunmasında BV-nin istifadəsinin aktuallığı göstərilmişdir. BV və İRİO məsələlərinin təmasında olan bir sıra tətbiqlər haqqında məlumat verilmiş, bu təmasın yaratdığı imkanlar, perspektivlər və problemlər şərh edilmişdir. İRİO və BV-nin uğurlu təmasının təmin olunması üçün bir sıra təkliflər verilmişdir.
