Abstract: This paper is examining the VANET techniques by understanding the various papers published by the authors in IEEE transactions. In this paper the new technique is explored where no of the routing method is applied for connecting the nodes. But using the other information such as speed ,density,time,range andcalculating the time required by the vehicle on the road of interests we can link them full time period of their run.
