INSTITUTE OF RECONCILIATION OF THE PARTIES IN CRIMINAL LAW OF UKRAINE AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES: COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
Legal regulation of institute of reconciliation of the parties in the different countries of the world is analyzed in the article. Two groups of the countries depending on a way of fixing of reconciliation of the parties in their criminal legislation were determined. An institute of reconciliation of the parties in Criminal code of Ukraine, criminal legislation of some other countries was analysed. The author drew a conclusion on regularities and disagreements of legal regulation of institute of reconciliation of the parties in Ukraine and foreign countries.
