Abstract
The article analyzes the norms of law, which establish the institution of reviewing the court decision for newly discovered circumstances in the legislation of Germany, France, the USA, Russia, Belarus and other countries. Laws have been singled out, which it is advisable to implement in the legislation of Ukraine, for example, to review the court decision in connection with the discovery of new evidence, a statement on the restoration of the process may be filed by persons who did not take part in the case if the court decision that came into force violates their rights.
