Abstract
The article explores institutional aspects of functioning and competitiveness management in agricultural companies nowadays. The author specified the most important strategic directions for evolving agricultural enterprises. One of the sections explains the meaning of specialization in agriculture, focusing on environmentally friendly and safe technologies. The paper states the importance of agricultural insurance. The article outlines the organizational direction for the development of institutional aspects.
