INSTITUTIONAL CHANGES AS A FOCTOR ECONOMICS PROSPERITY IN A TRANSITIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
Carrying out the institutional transformations which are necessary for efficient functioning of market economy, represente the preferential task for economies in transition. That refers, above all, to guaranteeing the proprietary rights, establishing the real competition, forming the stable and efficient financial institutions and tax system and the starting assumption of all quoted here is strengthening the lawfulness and legal system. In that way, real assumptions for increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of economic subjects wil be created and that willenable successful carrying out of the structural changes and starting the accelerated economic growth and development. In order to carry out institutional changes successfully, a strong political suport is necessary as well as political stability and reliability that formed institutions will be able to function properly and to develop continuosly.
