INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF REALIZATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Article is devoted to analysis of institutions that regulate intellectual property relations in Ukraine. Nature and role of institutional regulation in ensuring the realization of intellectual property relations are discovered. Genesis of institutional foundations of realization of intellectual property relations in Ukraine is analyzed. Nature and structure of formal institutions that regulate repeated interactions among intellectual property subjects are investigated. Substance, structure and role of informal institutions in regulation of intellectual property relations in Ukraine are considered.
