Institutional organizational mechanizm of migration regulation in the European Union

Abstract
This article is dedicated to determination of the basic institutional organizational instruments regulating migration flows in the European Union. The regulatory legal acts that control regular and irregular migration are observed in the article. High attention is paid to the labor migration both in the EU member states and in third countries as well as ptotection of human rights of migrant workers. The basic treaties and directives dedicated to this process are observed. The regulatory cooperation of the EU member states aimed at developing common standards, principles and coordinated approach to migration policy is analised.
