INSTRUMENTAL SUPPORT FOR THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE TOTAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COLLECTIVE FORMATION

Abstract
The article deals with the questions of the instrumental support for the construc¬tion of the organizational structure of the target scientific and technological team of the industrial enterprise. The factors that influence the construction of the rational structure of the target scientific and technological team of the industrial enterprise are determined. The sequence of the simulation experiment is determined. Proceeding from the various requirements for the organization of the target scientific and technological team, the for¬mation of the organizational structure of the target scientific and technological team is proposed in the form of an economic and mathematical model. The methodology of designing the organizational structure of the target sci¬entific and technological team with the use of the simulation model allows to establish a clear relationship between the various tasks of the target scientific and technological team, subordinating them to the achievement of certain goals, to make scientifically sub¬stantiated decision in the formation of organizational structures of the target scientific and technological team, taking into account the emerging reality of situations, as well as determine the number of specialists of different qualifications in the section of the bureau (sector), departments and the Science and Technology team as a whole, allowing reasonably develop and implement measures to ensure personnel assignments for certain scientific and technological community.
