Abstract
Co-financing instruments of lifelong learning are analyzed in the article. Non-financial tools of supporting adult education, namely lifelong guidance and validation of no formal education results is considered. The state policy of lifelong learning development in Ukraine is analyzed. Prospective directions and stages of implementing instruments of lifelong learning development are offered in view of foreign experience and national conditions.
