INSTRUMENTS OF SYSTEM ORGANIZATION OF INTEGRATED INNOVATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The paper considers the models of innovation process, in particular the features of the structure and interconnections of the integrated model in the context of modern research on the complexity and dynamism of economic systems. The impact of market and technological factors on evolution of models of innovation process was pointed out. The innovative activity of domestic enterprises was analyzed and enterprise’s main source of innovations in the form of purchase of the readyto- use technological equipment was highlighted, that is actually reduces the role of internal R&D and confirms nonlinearity of operating models of innovative processes. The importance of a system approach in the innovation processes management was substantiated, as well as coordination within the long-term innovation policy, based on cooperation with other elements of the management system in the financial and economic, social and environmental areas. Steps have been proposed to accelerate and increase the efficiency of innovative processes at the political, administrative and managerial levels. Ways of providing system organization of innovative processes were suggested.
