Abstract
Today Ukraine is faced with a mass of problems of its economy, but has not developed effective mechanisms to protect business and social protection, as the existing structure to provide quality financial services do not perform their regular tasks to stabilize the financial sector. One of the real mechanisms that ensure effective economic development and social protection, as well as creating a positive image for investment - is liability insurance in all its forms and manifestations
