Abstract

Effect of integrated technologies movement and spiritual development functional status middle-aged people. The aim: to characterize the integrated technology system for the formation of a healthy lifestyle and experimentally test the effectiveness of the application of the author's technique of psychophysical training on functional status of people of mature and elderly. Material and methods. The study involved male 55-57 years not previously engaged in sport, leading a sedentary lifestyle. The experimental group consisted of 21 people, in control - 24. We measured the performance variation pulsometry using continuous recording of the heart rate monitor model «Polar» and the appropriate software. The experimental group used a set of special psychophysical exercises in combination with poems about nature, involving the concentration of the consciousness in the respective natural images. The representatives of the control group performed similar exercises in random order, without concentration of mind on any images. The experiment was performed for 3 weeks. Results. The concept of integral human development. The concept involves a holistic approach to the creation of complex methods of psychological and physical development of man. The complex of mental and physical exercises performed under the verses for people mature and older, which integrates development, both physical and spiritual aspects of the individual. It is shown that the application of the developed technique the heart rate changed towards the advantages of the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system, which reflects the efficiency of the functional systems at rest. This change is characteristic of the subjects of the experimental group. Conclusions. The use of physical exercise has a positive effect on the functional status of people of mature and elderly. However, the implementation of a complex of exercises developed in conjunction with the special operation of consciousness is more efficient than the traditional use of means of physical training.
