Integration of management by enterprise potential of rural territories

Abstract

The article analyzes the integration aspects of management of the entrepreneurial potential of rural territories, identifies the preconditions for forming the theoretical basis of integrated management of this potential, identifies the main areas of the study of the integration of management, and outlines the prospects of theoretical and methodological substantiation and the practical application of the integration of management of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the aspects of integration of management of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories and the proposal of forming an algorithm for operations of interaction between objects and subjects of integration. The methodological basis of the study is the abstract-logical method, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to reveal the main types and forms of integration of objects and subjects of management of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories. The need for a study on the integration of management of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas of Ukraine is conditioned by dynamic changes in the development of the rural economy, diversification of activities in the countryside, migration processes, marketing problems of agricultural products and infrastructure provision of agribusiness, and low living standards in comparison with cities. Systematization of conceptual approaches to the interpretation of the entrepreneurial potential of rural territories allows us to determine the vectors of the subject-object interaction of management integration with this potential. The originality of the research is determined by the justification of the need to select an entity of integration management, capable of forming management mechanisms and knowledge of the peculiarities of the development of the entrepreneurial potential of a particular territory, the drawing of tasks for this subject, and also - the proposal algorithm of operations on the interaction of objects and subjects integration
