INTEGRATION OF METHODS FOR IMPROVING BUSINESS PROCESSES OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The theoretical and methodological approach to integration of methods for improving business processes of an enterprise has been developed. The suggested approach to business-processes improvement, unlike the traditional one, involves using quality management system as a basis for the implementation of cardinal methods (direct engineering and re-engineering) and the application of continuous methods as constituent elements of quality management system (method of rapid analysis (FAST); benchmarking; kaizen, six sigma, etc.). The process of integrating methods for business-processes improvement has an interactive nature; it means that index adjustment of quality management system and business processes is provided after every stage of implementing certain improvement methods. The algorithm of using integrated approach to improving methods of business processes has been developed. Realization of such approach can ensure transition from enterprise strategy to the totality of business processes, which require special attention, and reasonable choice of methods for their improvement; efficiency of business processes and creation/improvement of quality management system.
