Inter-budget relations in the context of decentralization in Ukraine

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the implementation of inter-budgetary relations in the current conditions of budget decentralization. The article identifies the main problems and develops ways to improve the effectiveness of inter-budgetary relations.
