INTERACTION OF BANKING AND INSURANCE CAPITAL AS A MECHANISM OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Development and improvement of mechanisms of financial services is crucial for the effective development of the financial sector. Important in this regard is stable and efficient operation of the banking and insurance sectors through a combination of efforts to work in terms of insurance, banking and insurance interactions capital. Effective cooperation between banking and insurance capital creates conditions for effective economic development and is crucial in addressing the availability of quality financial services. Solving this problem involves first reforming financial markets and improve monetary policy. Determining factor in this process is considered joint efforts of banks and insurance companies, funds and their cooperation in carrying out insurance together through mechanisms that took form in the world, called «Bancassurans».
