INTERACTION OF DEPARTMENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC PROTECTION WITH OTHER SUBJECTS IN THE PREVENTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of legal acts and judicial practice, the interaction of the departments of the Department of Economic Protection the National Police of Ukraine with other actors in the prevention of administrative violations of the procedure for conducting business activities in the field of passenger transportation is carried out. The analysis of separate cases on administrative violations, the protocols of which consisted of police departments of the Department of Economic Protection, were considered by the courts. It is proposed to amend the Regulation on the Department of Economic Protection the National Police of Ukraine, which would directly establish the tasks for the prevention and administrative investigation of not only corruption-related offenses, but also other administrative delinquencies in the field of economics.
