INTERACTIVE SIMULATIONS FOR DEMOS, EXHIBITIONS AND AS A TESTING PLATFORM FOR DESIGNERS
Journal Title: Journal of Industrial Design and Engineering Graphics - Year 2016, Vol 11, Issue 2
Abstract
An interactive simulation is made by combining 3D graphics with the capabilities offered by the simulator in order to obtain valuable results to the design process or for communicating with potential clients through promotion. We can significantly reduce production costs, test products in multiple new scenarios in a short timeframe or to reduce the usage time of dedicated simulation software by using Autodesk Inventor along with Blender 3D. Although the models’ fidelity decreases as they’re converted for use in simulations, it is enough for solving potential problems that arise during modelling as well as for implementing commercial presentations.

ISOLATED AERODYNAMIC SURFACE CALCULUS
The paper proposes to present a few steps for calculating the dynamics of flight. From an organizational perspective, the paper is structured in three parts. The first part provides essential information that needs to be...
THE STUDY OF PLANES TANGENT TO THE CYLINDRICAL SURFACES
Taking into account the practical utility of the surfaces of rotation, work proposes the study of the methods of resolution and the determination of the tangent to it, regarding the cylindrical surfaces. The planes tange...
VIRTUAL MODELLING AND VISUALIZATION OF BODY DESIGN IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
In this paper, we present the different modelling steps commonly used in car & motorcycle-bodydesign along with our personal approaches on solving complex geometry and our own design iterations. This study offers an i...
THEORETICAL FLOW MODEL THROUGH A CENTRIFUGAL PUMP USED FOR WATER SUPPLY IN AGRICULTURE IRRIGATION
Today the climate conditions are generally averse for practicing a competitive agriculture because in areas with little precipitations during the summer some solutions are needed to be adopted in order to supplement the...
GEOMETRY AND COMPLEXITY IN ARCHITECTURE
As Constantin Brancuși (1876-1956) said „Simplicity is complexity itself“, simplicity and regularity through the use of basic geometric forms has always played a central role in architectural design, during the 20th cent...
