Intercommunication of sporting result and indexes of lactat is in blood motosportsmen

Abstract
The questions of estimation and control of the preparedness level and regeneration of sportsmen, specialized in motocross are examined in the article. The investigated intercommunication of indexes of sporting result and indexes of accumulation of lactat in blood of racing drivers in the process of competition activity is the important link of educational – training process of the motosportsmen control. Data abtainet allow to optimize preparation and individualize the trainings loading of racing sportsmen-drivers.
