INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION AS A MEAN OF EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION

Abstract
Taking globalization into account new challenges for education provokes to develop new competences for educational leaders; also effective management of intercultural communication processes is highlighted. In addition, effective intercultural communication and its management play a significant role in the education system. This article analyzes the concept of intercultural commucation, paradigms as well as presence of the framework of effective communication as assumption for management of intercultural communication. This article lays a stress on the management of intercultural communication description in education and takes a broad look on intercultural communication literature. In this context intercultural communication is emphasized as the peculiar definition of interpretation influenced by methodological approach (paradigm). This raises a question about the possible description of intercultural communication management in education.
