INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES OF ENTERPRISE STAFF ATTRACTION: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article discusses a comparative analysis of internal and external sources of selection of competitive and highly qualified personnel at the enterprise and the possibilities of their application in domestic enterprises. In the article, the essence and characteristic features of internal and external sources of personnel selection are considered. The conducted comparative analysis allows noting that the introduction of a certain method of attracting personnel is necessary for the growth of labour productivity of personnel and the efficiency of the operation of enterprises.
