Internal conditions of maintenance of efficiency of process of formation of the personnel of the industrial enterprise

Abstract
The expediency of distinguishing internal factors of influence on the processes of personnel formation of industrial enterprises is substantiated. The main factors of the internal environment that have different influence on ensuring the effectiveness of the processes of forming the personnel of an industrial enterprise are established: the approach to recruitment adopted at the enterprise; moral and psychological climate in the team; Progressiveness of material and technical support of production and economic activities; created a system of progressive development of personnel and the effectiveness of the trade union organization. Based on the official statistics, a quantitative assessment of the degree of influence of each of the identified internal factors on the course of the formation processes of the personnel of industrial enterprises of Ukraine was made. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of each factor on the processes of forming the personnel of an industrial enterprise.
