INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND ITS REALIZATION ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
To date, the adoption of foreign experience on internally displaced persons has become very important. Unfortunately, in the past, Ukraine has no such experience and is not able to cope with a large number of problems arising from forced migrants. The constant increase in internally displaced persons requires the state to use more effective programs to respond quickly to emerging needs. From the experience of other countries that are faced with the problem of internal migrants, it is understandable that the state should work on a certain system. Historically, the International Organization of the United Nations has committed itself to a responsible mission in dealing with internally displaced persons, namely observing and responding effectively to needs that can not be delayed, advising on bills, engaging international organizations, foundations, patrons to help the most vulnerable populations in countries where, under certain circumstances, internal migration arose. From 2014, Ukraine is in a state of occupation of part of the territory of the East of the country, for this situation the United Nations has offered its support and assistance, as a result of which a number of financial assistance has been received, legal advice, monitoring of the current situation, which resulted in programs for improving the situation . In spite of all the efforts, our state has been in an easy situation for almost 4 years, which can not find its solution at all.
