International agreements as a method of adjusting of inheritance relations with foreign element

Abstract
In the article a contemporary state of international agreements application as an adjusting means of inheritance relations with foreign element is analyzed. The analysis of international legal adjusting of inheritance relations with a foreign element is conducted, a list and short description of international agreements are given, including with participation of Ukraine, current Ukrainian collision legislation in this sphere is analyzed. The inheritance legal relations with foreign element are the most interesting for determination of their regulation state not only in the national inheritance law but also in the inheritance law of the foreign states. Considerable attention of scientists is lately dedicated to their research. These legal relations open up not only in the columns of corresponding divisions of textbooks but also in numerous dissertation theses. Separate aspects are analyzed in those scientific works, in particular legal nature, place among other civil legal relations, grounds of origin, features of development and termination, maintenance and features of subject composition; modern theories and conceptual understanding of the inheritance legal relations; inheritance relations legal adjusting. The rules of adjusting international inheritance relations complicated by foreign element find their display and are mainly provided in the international conventions, multilateral and bilateral agreements on legal assistance in civil and family cases. Research of international agreements as a means of adjusting of inheritance relations with foreign element is an actual scientific task, the solution of which may provide a grounded scientific research of international inheritance problems.
