INTERNATIONAL ASPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SAFE LABOR CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of international legal acts of the ILO and the EU. The European Social Charter (revised) is considered as an important normative legal act in the doctrine of European integration. The reasoning of scientists concerning application of international treaties to the national legislation is given. The analysis of the ILO conventions concerning the provision of safe working conditions is made. The attention was paid to normative legal acts covering such sphere of activity as conditions, safety and health, industrial and environment. These problems are reflected in the conventions and recommendations that address the general and specific issues of individual professional groups, individual harmful substances, and individual occupational diseases.
