Abstract:This articleat issuethe structure ofthe negotiation, negotiationparametersandprinciples. Specialliteratureexamines a number ofbargainingmodels, in this workthe author presentsa typology ofnegotiationmodels(electronic, verbal, and mathematicalmodels ofnegotiation). Modeling ofnegotiations shouldincludekey negotiationparametersand rely onthe basic principles ofnegotiation.After spendingimportant elementsmay be overlookedessentialmeasures influencingoutcome of the negotiations. This articleconductedanalysis in the globalscientific literatureonthe principles ofbusiness negotiationsandmadetheircomparison.It isalsoexploredthe structure ofbusiness negotiations,given classification of negotiationsmodels.
