International experience of administrative supervision of persons released from prison

Abstract
The article discusses and analyzes international experience of administrative supervision of persons released from prison, and the activities of certain law enforcement units, that perform functions related to administrative supervision. Author performed comparative analysis of the powers of the police in different countries related administrative supervision over former convicts, analyzed opinions of scientists regarding introduction of international of in the domestic legislation.
