INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR APPLICATION OF IT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues determining of meaning and essence of international experience of rural areas management. The mentioned institutional conditions and parameters apply this experience in modern conditions of Ukraine. In process of analysis of international experience particular emphasis is made on the methodology of developing and implementing programs of rural development in the US and countries of EU. Restrictions on the use of international experience in this field are defined and identified ways to overcome them in Ukraine.
